Train your mind. First you have to get into the right mindset. Look around, find something that looks just a little too perfect, and desire to change it. It may be your sister's hair, it could be a statue on a dresser, it might be your own trophy from some amazing feat. It may be your teacher's glasses, something written on the chalkboard or your boss's favorite pencil cup. Whatever it is, its where its been for the last 20 days or more in a row and that has just got to change.

Do Small movements. Mischief does not have to be big. In fact, if its too big, it becomes either hooliganisms or outright naughtiness and you are not striving for that. Making mischief means striving to make someone wonder if they are going crazy, without getting caught. So, let's take some of the previous examples.
- Is your sister's hair just so? Give her an exasperated hug. Gently slap her back while stroking her head, thereby messing up her hair without her knowing.
- Is your parent's prized statue on the left hand side of the mantle? Move it to the right or across the room. Make sure its safe, so it wont break, but move it, without getting caught.
- Is your trophy on your dresser? On a bookshelf? Wherever it might be, take it and put it on the fridge, for no reason at all.
- Now for the classroom. Does your teacher put their glasses in the same place every day? If so, when their back is turned, move the glasses to the other side of their desk.
- The chalkboard is harder. When the teacher steps out of the room to deal with something, run up and either erase something already written or write something unusual or draw a small scene. Keep it clean and small. The teacher should not notice it right away.
- Same thing can be done to your boss. If they step away at lunch, move their pencil cup or rotate their computer in a new position. Do it in small increments each time so that they are left to wonder at the change, but not alter it back.
-
3
Issue new verbal cues. Mischief does not have to be all action.
- Have a desire to make strange noises? Pick a moment when there are just 2-3 people in a room. Say something random or just make a silly noise. Pretend you don't notice anything odd. Then keep silent for a long while. If everyone settles back down, after, say three to six minutes pass in silence again, do your sound again. Do not giggle.
- Again, make sure there is only 2-3 people in the room. Sing just one line at a time in two to three minute intervals of your favorite song. Pretend you have headphones on, even if you don't. Keep your eyes closed for effect. This works well for the library.

1
Be yourself. You can't be truly happy unless you know the person who you're trying to make happy (YOU!). Spend some time alone to think about who you are and what your purpose in life is, so that you can use that as a guide in your life.
-
2
Make friends. Communicate. Chat with your friends about anything; from movies and music, to fashion and boys. Being a (teen) girl should be fun, exciting, and full of new surprises!
-
3
Enjoy giggles with your best friends by going to sleepovers, parties, and events together. Try to go shopping, especially on weekends, or watch a new movie together as a group. Also, try to make new friends, and e. When you grow up, you start to feel insecure about yourself. Your appearance and your body are your sole focus all of a sudden. Remember that curves are the must have accessory, so don't diet because your "friends" tell you to, or because you see airbrushed celebrities, or just because you see yourself as a little bit chubby. Just remember to drink plenty of water every day, try and eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, and exercise for around thirty minutes a day. Having a body that you like will help to bring up your confidence.
-
4

If your friends try to coax you into doing bad things or things you don't want to do, don't. You don't have to give in. If they're strongly pressuring you to do bad things, find new friends. Remember that you become the people that you hang out with. If you hang out with bad influences then you will become like them. If you hang out with good influenced people then you will become like them. Be a good judge of character.

1
Look your best. It is always important to be well-groomed. Not necessarily like a Barbie doll, but you should make sure your teeth are white , face and ears are clean. If you shave, make sure you did an excellent job!
-
2
Select and eat foods that do you the most good. Try to always look right. Whatever your eating habits are now will stay with you. If they are good then you have nothing to worry about. But if they are bad, you may cause damage to your body like having high cholesterol or diabetes.
-
3
Select suitable clothing. You'll never know who you will encounter walking down the streets or even at the local grocery store, so always look your best.
-
4
Budget your time. Just like the old saying, "Time is gold," so don't waste it.
-
5
Make and keep friends. Though having friends is not a priority for some people, it is still always good to keep in contact with the people you meet. Friends are also good to have someone to talk to and let all of your emotions out.
-
6
Be self-confident. Confidence is key. Having confidence makes you a better person inside AND out. When you are confident, a lot of things may come your way.
-
7
Carry on a pleasant conversation. This may have started when you were young. People have started asking you questions like, "Is this your favorite colour?", or "How was your day today?" Don't just answer yes or no, say why or why not.
-
8
Be a good citizen. Being a good citizen is good because not only you will gain more friends, but you will have a reputation as being nice and well-rounded for your age.
-
9
Behave acceptably in public. Yeah, the good old teenage days have gone away. If you don't want people looking at you awkwardly or blankly, try not to embarrass your self 'anymore'.
-
10
Entertain and be entertained graciously. Entertain for the RIGHT reasons, not the wrong. Have parties with fun and exciting themes instead of just sitting around watching television with your guests.
-
11
Express yourself by speaking and writing. It is said that speaking and writing help you let out your emotions better. Try to join a poetry or debate club to help you out with that.
-
12
Be tolerant of other people's opinions. LISTEN to what people have to say and ASK questions. That will show people that you are a good and active listener.
-
13
Control your emotions. Emotions can get out of hand sometimes but try not to bottle up too much at one time. Poetry or debate club can also help with this.
-
14
Make decisions based on good reasoning. Think before you act on something ALWAYS.
-
15
Recognize your problems and try to solve them. In your mind, think about what problems you are having. Right when you wake up, ask yourself, "What do I have to do today?" or "How am I going to take on my obstacles I might face today?" Though sometimes it is best to not plan out your day and to just play it by ear, it is still good to actually THINK about it. When you're lying in the bed, reading a book or just thinking, write down those things that you did not get done that day or the problems you faced.
-
16

-
18
Think about or plan your future. Now is the time you should start thinking about what you want to become or what you want in life. Whatever you choose, be sure to plan or think about your goal and what you need to do to reach it.

1
Be nice and ignore the haters. You will always have people who make mean comments or rumors. Just ignore it, as it really does make you the bigger and better person. Make sure you always have a family member or a close friend to talk to about it. Ignoring mean comments can be extremely hard, so having a friend to talk to about it might help. In these situations, you might want to stay away from places you can get teased at, be made fun of, etc. For example, if you're bothered at your locker, come before or after everyone is gone.
-
2
Don't gossip. It will get back to that person one way or another. Gossip is when you talk about people in hurtful ways. Sometimes you may want to 'gossip' about a bully and that's OK as long as you know that no one is overhearing you, and that the person you talk to is trustworthy and won't say anything about it.
-
3
Wear appropriate clothes. You don't have to wear turtle necks, but make sure you are not revealing to much skin. Arrange a dress code with your parents or something so you know what is appropriate to wear and what isn't. TIP: when shopping, always try on the clothes before you buy it so you don't go home, put it on, and realize it is too revealing.
-
4
Don't curse! You're not helping your case with cussing. No one likes a "truckers mouth". Cursing also is rude and in certain places can get you in trouble.
-
5
If you have a social network such as Facebook, keep your personal opinions or problems off of it and mind your own business. You will always have girls posting drama-filled statuses or hate comments, as tempted as you get to say something, don't. It will just cause more problems and stress for you. Always think before posting a photo…try thinking "how would my parents feel about this picture?".
-
6
Understand your parents/guardians. Sometimes you'll disagree with what they are saying, but they have a good reasoning for it and you will thank them later. Parents/guardians do things that they think are right. Don't be too hard on them, understand what they are saying, do what they tell you, and realize that they are only human. They will do what they think is right and since they are your legal guardian, you have to listen to them.
-
7
Stay away from drugs and alcohol. It can literally mess up the rest of your life.
-
8
Enjoy being young while you can. Just hang out with girlfriends and have fun, when you get to high school there is enough drama already, stay away from it as long as you can. Surround yourself with people you enjoy being around and live every second like your last.

1
Be aware of your environment. Memorize important items on common routes. Always think, "What if someone attacked me right now… what would I do?"
-
2
Become familiar with everyday items that can be used as weapons when you need one. For example the mafia were experts in using common items as weapons. The Ice Pick, Baseball Bat, etc.
-
3
When you discover these items, familiarize yourself with how to use them. A shoelace could become a necktie. A bat could be a 2 on 1 tool.
-
4
Learn to be 'invisible'. Blend in to the environment. Don't dress expressive; a simple black jacket, jeans, a dark shirt, flat hair, white or light shoes.
Sep 15

-
2
Forget all the people you see on TV and in magazines.

1
Remember that life is yours and you can control it. Even if things are going badly, you can work through it no matter what.
-
2
Know that school may be a big stress factor, but life is not all about getting A's or B's. It's absolutely fine if you fail a test or get a D in a class (although don't ever set getting a D as a goal). Everyone has that subject that just doesn't click with them. Do focus on doing well, but don't despair if you don't get straight A's and B's.
-
3
Remember that if you feel better following your dreams, whether it be traveling around the world, becoming a tattoo artist (or any artist), surfing, joining a band, then do it. Life isn't about following the rules that have been laid out for all those people fit for school; it's about taking advantage of it because you only have one life…so live it. You, as an individual; as a life, deserve to experience the world as the beautiful place that it is, and not as a soul-crushing education system.
-
4
Focus on what matters. Don't let desires for wealth, status, or good looks get in the way of actually enjoying your life.
-
5
If none of this cheers you up, consider getting into a hobby of your choice, listening to some mood-fitting music, writing, or drawing.
-
6
Here are some quotes that will remind you to live life the way you want it:
- "Feel the fear and do it anyway because even though it's not too late now, someday it will be."
- "When you look back on the previous years, if you don't laugh or cry, consider it wasted."
- "Dream as if you'll live forever. Live as if you'll die today."
- "Live each day like there ain't going to be a tomorrow".

1
Write down your life: Grab a pen and some paper and write down everything that's going on in your life. Classify all the information, such as "To-do", "Goals", "Commitments". Make the list as personal as you want (you can even doodle on it; it's your life and not anybody else's).
-
2
Take notes at school: Sure, it's as boring as the video of your fourth birthday party, but writing down notes at school or college can help you very much three weeks before your exams. You don't have to refer to the bulky textbooks.
-
3
Help out at home: You may be nearly an adult, but you'll need to prove that to your family. Help out around the home whenever you can to gain some respect and lighten the load on those you live with. You'll also feel better because you managed to help someone lessen their work.
-
4
Spend time with friends: Take time to hang around with the people who you get on with; it can help you to enjoy life if you work too hard. Also, people who have high hopes in life can pass on ambition to you.
-
5
Spend time with that special someone: Ensure that you spend quality time with your date. Just five minutes together can brighten the day for both of you.
-
6
Save money: Whenever some cash comes your way, put a little aside for the future. A pound a week will soon accumulate.
-
7
Work on looking great: Spending time on your looks is fantastic for your self esteem. If you look presentable, you'll feel confident and fabulous.
-
8
Get enough sleep: Tip – nodding off at school is humiliating. Getting enough shut-eye does wonders for your mood and helps you to be alert tomorrow. Around eight hours of snooze is the minimum you should get. Getting sleep also makes you look much better (see point 7).
-
9
Breathe when stressed: It sounds odd, but when you find yourself overwrought, just by concentrating on your breathing, you can focus on today and let go of your stress.
