    Weight. Losing weight can be very helpful on being happy and healthy and of course the perfect girl. You want to start by weighing yourself and deciding how much should go, then measure your stomach, thigh or any chubby areas and decide how much should go.

    You should exercise, try running. If you cannot run try doing a fast walk for a mile or more a day. Try getting faster and faster daily, also remember to push yourself to get faster don’t overwhelm. Walking, cleaning and dancing don’t seem like good calorie burners but they really are.
    • Getting your heart rate up and moving your body can not only make you lose chub but can make you a happier person. If you want abs and muscle try doing sit-ups or leg lifts daily. Or you can find some ab yoga.
       
    • Lifting weights or going to the gym is always good for muscle to, once again start with a lighter weight and get heavier as time passes.
       
    • Doing yoga will make you feel happy and lose weight.

    Try sitting up straighter and putting shoulders back and chin up to look more fit. You don’t want to over diet, just try to stay away from sugars and carbs and some fats. Eat mainly veggies and water. If you feel the urge for a candy bar try having some nuts or sugar free yogurt. Also drink green tea and water. Both are very yummy and fill you up well, plus iced green tea with a bit of honey is the perfect sweet and healthy drink.

    Acne. Wash your face twice a day with a cleanser and stress control acne wash that works for you. Don’t touch, pop or pick zits ever. Before you go to bed put some tooth paste on the zit.

    Eating less oily food and less sugar and sodium and salt can help your pimples go away. After awhile of doing these things and your acne does not go away see your dermatologist.

    Skin. Some people want pale skin and some want tan. If you want pale skin try wearing darker colors to give an illusion that you are pale. You can also bathe in water for 10 minutes with some baking soda in the water. Put powder all over your skin to look milky. Wear lots of sunscreen even in the winter and wear clothes that covers up your body.

    If you wish to be tan get lots of sunlight. Also try tanning in your bikini outside

    Be happy. Smile a lot and try to feel confident. Be nice to others and make sure you have someone nice to talk to.
