2Analyze what you are doing in those areas now. Think about how you are living your life.

3Set goals. Think about where you would like to be a month from now, or even a year from now. For example, you may want to lose 10 pounds by summer, or have an A in math by the end of the semester.

4Break down your goals into small, manageable steps. For example, aim to get an A on all your homework for a week, or aim to exercise 3 times a week.

5Work hard to reach those goals. It's hard to change something about you, so don't give up and keep your end goal in mind.

6Reward yourself if you reach your goals! Do something you want to do. Go to the beach with friends, or take a night off from work.

7Gradually increase your goals until you reach your main one.

8Congratulate yourself! Changing your life is challenging and takes a lot of effort and perseverance.
