1Look at yourself in the mirror. List 10 things you like about yourself.

2Forget all the people you see on TV and in magazines.

3Put on whatever clothes you feel best in.

4Look at yourself again in the mirror. If you think you look good remember that feeling on days when you don't like your appearance.

5If you are still unhappy with your appearance it might be time to change things up. Go get a new hair cut or style that will make you feel beautiful.
